On the southeast coast just 12 Km from the airport. Surrounded by beautiful country side, set on the cliffs of a stunning turquoise bay opposite a protected nature reserve.
Cala D'en Porter is a mixture of residential villas and Holiday Homes with the odd small Hotel. It is set on the cliffs overlooking a stunning bay in a now protected nature area offering fabulous views of countryside and turquoise waters. As the light fades the frogs in the nature reserve begin their soothing nightly chorus.
Beach
Rated as one of the best beaches with tourist facilities on Menorca, especially for smaller children due it's perfect sands, gently sloping shallows into crystal clear turquoise waters. And while this makes it very popular for childern it's big enough for those who prefer to avoid the little ones to find their ideal spots!
The beach can be reached on foot via steps, by car with free car parking under shade or a little resort train ( see picture )

As with most resorts in Menorca, evening entertainment here is generally to be found in the resort' bars but nothing that would ever compare to the neon jungle of the popular resorts along the south coast of Majorca. Mahon and Ciutadella however offer something for everyone, but with none of the "low class" to be found on Ibizia and Majorca. Menorca is NOT Majorca but that is why many people come here!
In the town there are various bars and restaurants with differing clientel both young and old.
Located in huge spectacular caves 25m above the sea at the entrance to Cala en porter Bay.
