Overview
Single story traditional villa located in a quiet corner of the popular villas area of Arenal den Castell ( Punta Grossa. ) The beautiful bay and beach of Arenal den Castell is just a 10-15min walk away.

Details
One half of a traditional Menorcan double villa with unobstructed 180 degree seaviews looking out over the unbuilt cove 20 meters from the house and along the northern coastline. There is an open plan dining and lounge area with full sized kitchen complete with modern appliances including dishwasher. The living area faces out to the water side. A covered terrace is reached through french windows and provides shade for relaxing and al fresco dining. Grassed and planted areas extend towards the waterside for sunbathing and playareas. The garden perimeter is discrete so as not to disturb the views.

The villa has a rooftop seating and sunbathing terrace reached by external steps. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the water and coastline. There is a bus stop 300m from the house with services to Macaret, Port Addaia, Alaior and Mahon. From Mahon/Alaior you can reach any other part of the island. The fishing village of Macaret can also be reached by a resort train, long walk ( 40 mins ) . At Macaret there is a pleasant small sandy beach and more authentic bars and restarants as Macaraet is home to islanders.
There is a small commercial centre with well stocked supermarket just 2 mins walk from the villa along with a small public childrens play area. A large beach side Bar -Resturant is just another 2minutes further along. The more extensive commercial facilities of Coves Noves ( Supermarkets, Restaurants,Bars and Cafes including childrens play park with large inflatables ) are just a 20 slow minutes walk away. The resort centre of Arenal den Castell offers a mixed variety of bars and restaurants, many with outside terraces over looking the impressive bay. See Arenal guide for further details.

Activities
Apart from the terrific beach with it's water sports the cove in front of the villa is ideal for ( more private) swimming and and will be a hit with snorkel fans with it's clear waters and easy access points directly in front of the villa . For avid snorkel/divers equipment can be hired in the diving centre at Coves Noves ( english and german spoken ).
