Located in the popular Alta Mar private gardens complex, this apartment overlooks the beautiful sandy beach of Son Bou and the nature reserve with panaoramic views from the grounds of the scenic coastline. The complex is quiet, set in well tended mediteranean gardens on two levels.
Well kept gardens and has both adult's and children's pools exclusive to residents. The small complex sits as the last buildings before the countryside behind Son Bou making it much quieter location than apartments lower down in the resort.

1 master bedroom ( ceiling fan ) with double bed, fitted wardrobes and access through French doors to pool terrace with sea views. 1 bedroom ( ceiling fan ) with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The terrace faces out to the pool area so you can relax while keeping an eye on children in the pool.
Surrounding the apartments are well maintained gardens with Palm trees, colourful shrubs and flowers ( see photos below)
San Valentin Hotel and its Spar shop with bakery for fresh bread are close by ( 5 Min walk ) . Parking space is available for guests.
In Son Bou, there are plenty of bars/restaurants, boutiques, and souvenir shops, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Club San Jaime is open to all and offers additional pools, a water-slide, wooden maize and a couple of bar & restaurants allowing parents to relax while children play. There is also evening entertainment. at this venue.
Tennis courts available for hire at the San Valentin Hotel which is a 5-10 min walk away and Son Bou Gardens in the resort centre.There is a new 10 pin bowling club in the resort centre.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, clubs, shops and hotels. Alterantively you can venture into Mahon or Es Castell with its lively harbour and a wide range of restaurants and nightlife. As the island of Menorca is only small there are many places of interest within easy reach. From one end of the island to the other is under an hours drive and is well worth the drive. A car is advisable.
There is a established footpath which takes you to the next resort of Santo Tomas through the nature reserve and along the cliffs, a very nice walk highly recommended.
Nearest towns are Alaior and Es Mercadal, both only 10 minutes by car away, and having a good selection of bars and restaurants. Alaior is a cultural and university town with pretty historic centre for great coffees and shopping strolls. Es Mercadal is known for its food with several very good restaurants at all price ranges.
Alta Mar is set in terraced, landscaped mediterreanen gardens with palm trees and other exotic flowers. The complex is not over looked offering spectacular views left and right of the sea and coastline.
