Located next to the waters edge just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach at Cala Blanca. Sensibly priced this villa can sleep 4 with the children each having their own bedrooms. The commercial area of Cala Blanca with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants is less than 15 mins walk away.

Please Note:

Ideally for 4 people but a 5th person can sleep on the Sofabed.

This modern detached villa enjoys amazing sea views from the grounds and especially from the lovely roof top terrace.

There's a combined living/kitchen area which is equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, cooking Island and small breakfast bar. There's a sofa which can convert to a sofa bed for one person, TV & DVD player. There are doors from the lounge out to the covered terrace.

The small corridor leading off the lounge leads to a shower room (washing machine located in here), and 3 bedrooms. There's a double room and 2 single rooms. The bedrooms all have drawers, hanging space and a fan.
