A modern single storey purpose built holiday villa located in a quiet street within a community of holiday villas away from the main package hotels of the resort centre. Within short walking distance of Bars, Restaurants and food shops and children's play facilities ( Titanic playpark ). Located in the Cap D' artrutx area, where the majority of the resort's villas enjoy quieter surroundings with a commercial centre on the doorstep. The sea and coastline for a refreshing swim is just 2-3 mins walk away.

A cot and high chair is available free of charge. A fold out 'z-bed' is available for a 7th person if required at a cost of £75 per week.

1 of several attractive modern purpose built single storey holiday villas we can offer in this area. The villa area is located just 1600m from the marina at central Cala en Bosch ( a local bus service-bus stop 5mins walk runs regularly to the Marina ) and just 450m from a choice of bars/restaurants, mini markets and children's play area. All Located in the same cul de sac road/area and can be rented together with a maximium of a 5 min wallk between any of them. Some are next to each other. Please enquire if looking for two next to each other.

The villa is set in large plot with paved areas and grassed areas planted mediterarnean shrubs and palms. The villa is totally enclosed making it safe for children and screened for privacy. The pool is set in extensive terrace area with a large built-in barbeque area, complete with patio furniture sunbeds for your enjoyment. A table tennis table is available for guests use.

There is a large shaded terrace poolside for Al Fresco meals and drinks.

Cala en Bosch resort ( comprises the areas of Cap D'artrutx, Cala en Bosch and Son Xoriguer ) with beaches as marked below. There are various food shopping facilities dotted around the resort as shown below. Bus no. 65 stops are shown below allowing travel around the resort to and from beach/marina and to Ciutadella.

The lounge offers a TV with satellite channels (UK free to view channels) and DVD plus patio doors leading out to the sun shaded terrace for Al fresco dining. There are three bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms as described above.

The full size kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

The villa has a safe and ceiling fans.

The villa is just a short walk from the rocky coastline where you can enjoy breathtaking views along the coastline, across to northern Majorca and beautiful dreamy sunsets. The main beach is a 20 minutes slow walk just past the Marina or you can catch the local bus service that runs regularly to/from the beach area.

The recommend Es Far Restaurant built in the Cap D'artrutx lighthouse is less than a 10 min., walk away, serving indoor & outdoor contemporarry mediterranean cuisine-just look for the tall lighthouse!

Around the corner from Cala en Bosch beach is another beach ( Son Xoriguer ) with a choice of water sports.

Bike hire is also popular in the resort as the area is totally flat. There is a bicycle hire shop just 500m from the villas in the local commercial center.

Cala en Bosch (also known as Cala en Bosc) is a lively resort by Menorcan standards 20 minutes south of the lovely city of Ciutadella. The hub of the resort is centred around the boat marina which has a distinct 'Riviera' feel about it. Cala en Bosch has a water park ( Aquarock ) , karting track plenty of children's entertainment areas, bouncy castles, mini trains and a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Relax in one of the many bars and restaurants surrounding the marina and watch the boats slowly come and go at their own leisurely pace. Wander through the small selection of shops and local stalls at night, having enjoyed the safe sandy beach during the day, maybe even a day trip on the glass bottom boat to one of the beautiful nearby virgin beaches or coves not reachable by land, or visit Ciutadella ( highly recommended) just a 15 minute drive or 25 min bus trip away.

Bus Services

There is a good and frequent ( 1/2 hourly ) bus service to Ciutadella and the coastline resorts inbetween ( Torres No. 65 ) - current times are posted at the bus stops . Titanic Park

Located at the commercial centre is a small entertainments centre, with 2 pools, pool and tabletop games, video games and trampolines. Cafeteria and sports bar.
