A 3 bedroomed villa with private pool and big sea and coastline views. Situated in the lower part of Torre Soli Nou urbanization, in front of the green belt behind the beach. Its modern design incorporates a wheelchair friendly design. Small supermarket is just 2 min., walk away.

Details
The villa lies in the quieter area of Torre Soli and a stones throw away from a local friendly supermarket. Within the villa there is a large and comfortable TV lounge with sliding doors to the outside pool terrace area.
The wheelchair access bathroom and bedroom are located at the entrance to the villa and the other two bedrooms are a few steps away. The bedroom adapted for older or disabled members is located at the entrance to the villa and there is a spacious walk in shower room. Climbing a few stairs there is a master bedroom with sea views and a shower room ensuite, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. The south facing exteriors are furnished to a comfortable standard, the well planned ramps permits easy movement.
The kitchen and lounge are adjacent. The terrace and pool lead off from the lounge. Upstairs, this delightful little property has a generous sunny terrace, from which you can enjoy the lovely views of the sea and sand dunes.
In Son Bou, there are plenty of bars/restaurants, boutiques, and souvenir shops, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Club San Jaime is open to all and offers additional pools, a water-slide, and a couple of bar & restaurants allowing parents to relax while children play. There is also evening entertainment at this venue.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, clubs, shops and hotel entertainments. Alternatively you can venture into Mahon or Es Castell with their lively charming harbours and a wider range of restaurants and nightlife offerings. As the island of Menorca is only small there are many places of interest within easy reach. From one end of the island to the other is under an hours drive will attractive landscapes and towns to explore.
There is a established footpath which takes you to the next resort of Santa Tomas through the nature reserve and along the coast, a very nice walk highly recommended. Additionally there are daramatic coastal views to be had with an easy pathway to the headland of Ses Peynes that dominates the east of Son Bou.
Nearest towns are Alaior and Es Mercadal, both only 10 minutes away, and having a good selection of bars and restaurants. Alaior is a cultural and university town with pretty old centre for great coffees and shopping strolls. Es Mercadal is known for its food with several very good restaurants at all price ranges.
A Reception is available for key collection, with safe boxes to hire, changing rooms with showers and storage for suitcases to help with arrival and departure logistics.
