Affordable villas offering more space than an apartment. Part of a small private complex of 4 semi-detached villas in the Menorcan style all with partial sea-views. Each of the villas share a swimming-pool and each side a terrace.

Walking distance to the main beach access point and ideally placed with a commerical centre ( Restaurant, Supermarket ) just a short walk away.

Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, clubs, shops and hotel entertainments. Alternatively you can venture into Mahon or Es Castell with their lively charming harbours and a wider range of restaurants and nightlife offerings. As the island of Menorca is only small there are many places of interest within easy reach. From one end of the island to the other is under an hours drive will attractive landscapes and towns to explore.

There is a established footpath which takes you to the next resort of Santa Tomas through the nature reserve and along the coast, a very nice walk highly recommended. Additionally there are daramatic coastal views to be had with an easy pathway to the headland of Ses Peynes that dominates the east of Son Bou.

Nearest towns are Alaior and Es Mercadal, both only 10 minutes away, and having a good selection of bars and restaurants. Alaior is a cultural and university town with pretty old centre for great coffees and shopping strolls. Es Mercadal is known for its food with several very good restaurants at all price ranges.

A Reception is available for key collection, with safe boxes to hire, changing rooms with showers and storage for suitcases to help with arrival and departure logistics.
