Located close to the waters edge between the two pretty inlets of Sa Caleta and Cala Santandria. A two storey villa with accommodation on three levels. This is a family home only available in the summer months and is therefore more fully furnished that most. The villa has an attractive private pool with comfortable seating and dining on the pool terrace.

This lovely villa is almost on the water's edge, next to the cala of Santandria, and a few minutes walk from the smaller sandy beach of Sa Caleta. The villa is new, modern build, and beautifully decorated.

Upstairs there is a large terrace, with magnificent views over the bay and sea. The large master bedroom suite consists of bedroom, bathroom (with stunning views!), sitting area and large dressing room. On this floor there is also a children's bedroom with 2 single beds, a lounge/play area, and another bathroom. ( 4 bathrooms of which 1 family bathroom and 3 en suites )
Downstairs there is an attractive living area, with American kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Huge glass windows make this a light and airy place with lovely views of the pool and garden. There is a further garden behind the villa. On this floor there are two double bedrooms with single beds, and a single bedroom (with pull out bed, so just possible to sleep 2). There are two bathrooms on this floor.

There is secure parking within the property.

There are also a couple of Kayaks available for your use, which you can put into the water right in front of the house and enjoy exploring the bay from one beach to the other. There are also a few caves that can be explored by Kayak very near the house.

The Sa Caleta /Son Blanc commercial centre is just a 10 minute walk from the villa.
